How InboxNumber works
Getting a number for your business takes a few simple steps, all in your browser.
Step by step
1. Create an account
Sign up with your email address (you confirm it by email) or continue with Google.
2. Pick your country and number
Pick the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia. The Buy page shows the monthly price in USD and tells you if a country is sold out.
3. Pay from your balance
Pay from your InboxNumber balance, or pay with cryptocurrency by scanning a QR code or on a hosted payment page.
4. Your number appears
After the payment is confirmed, your number shows up in your dashboard with its expiry date.
5. Receive codes and messages
Verification codes and customer texts sent to your number appear in your inbox.
6. Renew or let it expire
Each purchase covers one month. To keep a number, start a new checkout before it expires. When a number expires, its messages are deleted.
About crypto payments
Crypto payments need network confirmations, which usually take a few minutes. If you send less than the full amount, what arrives is added to your InboxNumber balance.
